OLLIE ROBINSON - MANAGING PARTNER
Ollie is the founder of Robinson Dean, established following the success of his company Helana Studios. With over a decade of experience across multiple industries, he has built a reputation for delivering complex work through structured, hands-on leadership.
His background spans team leadership, operations management, and audiovisual delivery, allowing him to operate across both strategic and technical environments. He leads engagements with a direct, delivery-focused mindset, embedding into organisations where required to build, stabilise, and execute critical functions.
KIERAN DEAN - PARTNER
As Co-Founder of Robinson Dean, Kieran leads production across the organisation’s larger-scale client work. He has directed delivery on a wide range of projects and events, overseeing planning, technical setup, and on-site execution
Alongside his production work, Kieran brings extensive experience in technical environments, with a background in data management solutions. This adds a strong systems perspective to his approach, supporting structured, reliable delivery across complex projects, combining practical production leadership with exceptional technical understanding.
BEN JOEL - PARTNER
Ben is a Partner at Robinson Dean, bringing a strong background in leadership and business management across a range of sectors. He has worked internationally with organisations across Europe all the way to Dubai, supporting teams and operations in varied commercial environments.
Alongside his consultancy work, Ben has extensive experience in audiovisual production, having worked with Apex Productions and across major UK festivals - combining operational leadership and hands-on technical knowledge for both strategic and delivery-focused aspects of projects.
SARAH WILMOTT - ASSOCIATE
Sarah is an Associate at Robinson Dean, contributing across visual design and event delivery. With a background in medical research, she brings a structured and detail-oriented approach to the firm, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.
She specialises in visual design, supporting the development of clear and effective outputs across projects. Alongside this, Sarah plays a key role in event management and delivery, coordinating logistics and ensuring events run smoothly from planning through to execution.
